I want to install an anti-rat repeller and I want it to work only when the ignition is off (or\and the alarm is on).
As you all know, we have the following fuses in the dash panel:

I think the fuse 40 is a good candidate. Also, fuse #18 seems to be a good option.
Do you know whether this fuse is powered when the car is on (ignition is on)?
Or maybe you have another idea which fuse to use?
