Is it just my Elroq or when I leave my phone to charge it got quite hot after about an hour to the point where, my phone informed me that it has to stop charging ? Maybe I’m it positioning the phone the right way, but my camera bump seems to be in the way.

Hi, I was under the belief that the Elroq had cooling fans on the wireless charger (sure I saw it in literature somewhere), but mine definitely doesn't and my phone does get hot and I see those same warnings.

Hi all. Same here too. My phone is far too hot after being on charge and yes the spec says 'cooling' wireless pad.

A bit odd as it didn't do that on my Karoq.

Cheers,
Stu.

In the Catalogue it also says "with cooling".
But it might also depend on your phone. I have Samsung S22 and it gets hot after a short period of time: Android Auto (doesn't mater whether it's wired or wireless), Google Maps (obviously, it uses GPS constantly) and mobile data. Phone keep saying me that the it's overheating, but the Android Auto is working fine. The phone charging is slow or even discharging. I'm not sure that the cooling works as expected.

Not sure which models you have but active cooling is only standard for Edition and Sportline versions…
