Heat Pump

Hello everyone.

could anyone who ordred their Elroq with a heat pump, could you check to see if you have battery pre-heating.

its in the charging screen under optimise.

As my car dont show this option.

I think you will only get the option to precondition on a low battery % and if the batteries are cold?

I found out that if you have a heat pump, then the sticker located in the engine bay will show R744 coolant.
If you do not have a heat pump it will show R-1234YF.
This is on the Elroq and Enyaq platform.
I have spoken to the dealership who assured me that the order was placed with a heat pump and i have been charged for the optional extra.

He will make further esquires to see if a refund and compensation can be provided.

This is good to know as I have a heat pump on order, why VW insist on charging for this is a joke.

Further update. Skoda has confirmed that a heat pump has not been installed, even thou the invoice shows heatpump and I have been charged for it.
A 3rd party company was used for handling ordering. Skoda has broken ties with them and they are unhelpful at the moment.
So VW have suggested 2 things, give car back and a new one be built with heat pump. Or keep car, redo finance again minus amount for heatpump, and sort out some sort of compensation for the mix up.
I took the option to keep the car, and take compensation.
I wonder who else out there paid for a heat pump but did not get it or don't even know they don't have it, due to this 3rd party company.
