Just Got My Elroq – Anyone Else Missing These Bits?

Just taken delivery of my Elroq 85 Edition and loving it so far!

I was expecting the storage unit that fits on the floor between the rear seats and the centre console, as well as the infotainment screen cleaner to be included.

Has anyone else received these with their new car, or are they optional extras?

Would be great to know what others have experienced!

Here in Ireland the storage bin is part of an extra package don't know about the cleaner.

One of the things I'm disappointed with is the Charging cable.
I have an untethered Zappi EV charger and the charging cable that came with the Elroq will only let it charge at a max 4.6kW as the cable is rated at 20A, I had to purchase a 32A cable in order to get the full 7kW charge from the charger.

Hi. I thought I was the only one!

I expected the rear centre console too.

Mine was missing the umbrella and screen cleaner!

Disappointed by the handover process. Felt rushed. Glass all round was dirty and the battery was only charged to 52%.

I like the car but it took the edge off the excitement of the 'new car day' experience.

So, is that the standard for all Elroq charging cables supplied?

I'll have to check my charging stats now as I hadn't realised it may not be charging at 7KW.

I found the Elroq standard equipment list and it says there the cable is Mode 3 (32A).

I thought so too, but the cable that came with the car is 2.5mm cable and marked as 20A. I purchased a 32A cable that has 6mm interior strands.
I've attached photos below comparing the Skoda cable (Yellow one) with the new purchased one (Black one). I've also shown photos of both cables plugged into my Zappi EV charger and showing what the charger sees them as.

Interesting if this is the same for anyone else.

Hi. I'll have a look at mine now. Thanks for the detailed information. That's not great from Skoda is it - misleading us in fact. I will contact the dealer about it.

My Skoda supplied yellow charger cable says its 32Amp.
