Picked up my Skoda Elroq Sportline 85 yesterday (19/05/25),
Loving the car, so smooth and fast. my previous car was a Nissan Qashqai Tekna e-power.
I have a problem, i managed set up the information system with no problem.
but when it comes to pairing with the remote parking, my phone does not recognise the QR code. my phone des nothing.
I thought it might be the QR code and use my phone camera and it does recognise the code, but does not do it on the remote assist feature on the app.
I have restarted my phone reinstalled the My Skoda App and changed camera setting, without any success.
So, I installed the My Skoda App on my wife’s phone and logged in, her phone detected the QRQ code and after a few time outs with the white circle, her phone paired with the remote assist.
When I went to My Skoda App on my phone, hoping the car would be there in remote assist, it’s not and still showing the option to scan a QR code.
Anyone else had this problem , if so, did you find a solution.
